Creating an account is simple. Click the Register button at the top of any page, fill in your name, email address, contact number, qualification, and set a password. Once registered, you will receive a unique Registration Number (JS-XXXXXX) which serves as your official GOJOBSYNC identity.
Yes! Your candidate dashboard shows real-time status updates for every application you submit. You can see whether your application is received, under review, shortlisted, or if you have been selected for an interview. Email notifications are also sent for important status changes.
After logging in, go to your Dashboard and click Upload Resume. You can upload your CV in PDF or Word format. Our AI will automatically read your resume and pre-fill your enrollment form, saving you time.
The JASYNC Enrollment Form is GOJOBSYNC's standardized candidate profile document used for international job placements. It captures your personal details, qualifications, work experience, and skills in a format accepted by employers globally.
There is no limit. As a registered candidate on GOJOBSYNC, you can apply to as many job openings as you wish — all completely free.

Yes. Employers with active accounts can search our candidate database by qualification, experience level, skills, and location. Our AI-powered matching also proactively suggests suitable candidates for your open roles.
Account & Security
On the Sign In page, click Forgot password? and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.
Your privacy and data security are our top priority. GOJOBSYNC uses industry-standard encryption (bcrypt for passwords, JWT for sessions) to protect your information. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
Yes. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Once deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Your Registration Number is a unique ID automatically issued when you create a GOJOBSYNC account (e.g., JS-100001). It identifies you on the platform and is required for international job applications. Keep this number safe — it is your official GOJOBSYNC identity.
